Every hospital I work with is either JCI accredited or part of a major internationally recognised hospital group (like BDMS in Thailand or Wockhardt and Gleneagles in India). These are not backstreet clinics — they are world-class medical facilities that treat patients from over 150 countries. The surgeons I work with have trained in the UK, the USA, Europe, and New Zealand. I have personally met every one of them. I flew to Turkey to investigate the market there and walked away because I wasn't satisfied with the accreditation standards. That tells you the bar I hold myself to. When I send a client somewhere, I would send a family member there too.

I chose these three specifically because I know them deeply — I have been travelling to Thailand for 17 years, I visit India regularly both for tours and as a tourist, and I have had bariatric surgery in Mexico myself with the surgeon I now recommend to my clients. I was approached about Turkey, Vietnam, and Bali — and I said no to all three. Not because they don't have good providers, but because I prefer to do a small number of destinations extraordinarily well rather than spreading myself thinly across many. Each destination I offer, I know inside out. That is the standard my clients deserve.
